Process
Preparation
The materials to be recycled are exposed using a tine ripper which is mounted on the front linkage. The depth of ripping is fully adjustable to suit local conditions. Pre-ripping is used to facilitate the crushing process of the existing materials. Typical working depths range from 75mm to 300mm.
Crushing

The rear mounted crusher is then used to crush the exposed materials. At the first stage of crushing the crush size is set to maximum. On the second pass the materials can be reduced to <40mm. Materials (incl. rocks, blocks, concrete, tarmac) up to 400mm in size can be crushed. The crush depth is also controllable electronically. The working width of the crusher is 2.5 metres.
Grading
The crushed material is then graded and profiled to the customer’s requirements using a versatile tractor mounted grader.
